Shipping- When it is not possible to meet in person (our preference), we are willing to ship. I have a flight attendant that is a very close friend of mine that can deliver your baby. Small fee applies at her discretion, as well as contacting her. (Contact me for her info) She will fly to major airports where you can go and pick up your baby, arrangements can be made with her. Other Air/Ground nannies are available for very affordable prices through uship.com https://www.uship.com/listing2.aspx?c=125 whom will be able to bring your new love from us to you, on the airplane/car with stops for feeding. This may be more pricey than my nanny. Pet nannies will be arranged by the buyer, we will be able to meet the nanny at the Oakland/SFO Airport for no extra fee. We used to be able to ship within the United States via air flight through United Pet Cargo https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/petsafe/book/book. We have had good experiences with air cargo and will consider doing this for puppies that are 9 weeks or older for individuals who have no other option. The fee for shipping was $350 which covers Veterinarian Health Certificate, brand new crate, travel to airport and airfare. This option is available at checkout. But it is now banned and no longer available, so please do let us know if you intend this route to confirm if it is even a possibility.
Returns- Please understand there are no refunds for buyer’s remorse. This is an umbrella that covers any and all situations such as too much, stress, changed mind, don’t want puppy anymore, allergies and such. It is your responsibility to do your homework before adopting with me or anywhere else for that matter. Understand I do reserve the right to NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND for obvious reasons. All of our puppies have wonderful temperaments and come with a clean bill of health. I guarantee the health of the puppy for seven days from time of pick up or delivery. To keep this guarantee in force, a licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays from day of pick up or delivery. If issues were to arise, with proper documentation stating defect of puppy and puppy being surrendered, a replacement puppy or refund will be in order. This does not include worms, giardia or parvo. We are not responsible for vet bills. Shipping charges to return a puppy will be at the buyer’s expense. This agreement is non-transferrable. What this means is if you decide to rehome the puppy elsewhere, we will no longer guarantee the puppy with new buyers. Puppies are always welcomed to be returned with no refunds. Please do not surrender your puppy to a shelter.
